How Turf Collection Works
- Order Online: Select the quantity of Fresh Northumberland Turf you need and choose the 'Local Pickup' option at checkout.
- Receive Your Pickup Confirmation: We harvest our turf to order to ensure quality. We will send you a notification as soon as your rolls are cut and ready — we hold a very limited supply of daily fresh extra stock for ad-hoc small daily orders for customers wanting sameday pickup too.
- Drive & Load (Self-Service): Visit our collection point near Newcastle. Our yard team may help you load as a courtesy when possible, but loading assistance is not guaranteed. Customers must be able and willing to load their own vehicle. Please bring a capable helper if you cannot lift the rolls yourself. We kindly request that you do not ask office-based personnel to help with loading.
